Getting started and ordering
How do I start manufacturing with you?
Send three things: the product you want made, the order size you expect and the market you sell in. We come back with specific questions if anything is missing, then with a quote. The full steps are in How we work.
Do I need a finished formula before I contact you?
No. If you have a formula you use with a previous supplier, we study it and adapt it in our lab. If you are starting from scratch, we start from our high-foam formula and adjust it to what you want.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the pack size and the type of packaging, and it comes with your quote. We do not post a general number on the website because we cannot commit to it before we know your order.
Do I deal with the factory directly?
Yes. Kim is a factory, not a middleman reselling someone else's output. The lab, mixing, filling, packing and shipping are all ours. The full map is on Factory page.
Product and formula
What exactly do you make?
High-foam laundry powder. We make one product well instead of an average long list. The details, and what you decide, are on the Products page.
Do I choose the scent, colour and pack size?
Yes, and those are exactly the boxes we leave for you. Our lab blends the scent to your request, we set the colour and granule shape to your brand, and the pack size follows your market or your own specification.
Does quality change from one run to the next?
No. We fix the formula under your brand and keep it on file, and we test and approve every batch before filling. A batch that does not match the approved formula does not get filled.
Do I see the formula before it goes into production?
Yes, and approval is a separate step we never skip. The lab sets the formula under your name and shows it to you, and the run does not go on the line until you agree.
Do you produce for more than one brand at a time?
Yes. Each brand has its own formula, file and specification kept under its name, and runs never mix.
Capacity and delivery
What is your production capacity?
A complete production line built for large and very large runs, and ready for them. The figure in tonnes depends on the product and the pack size, and it comes in your quote.
How long does an order take?
Lead times are short and competitive, and they are one reason our clients come back. The number of days depends on quantity and season, and we write it in your quote as a commitment, not an estimate.
Are later orders faster?
Usually, yes. Your formula and specification stay on file under your name, so the second order starts straight from the quantity instead of going through formulation and approval again.
Why there are few numbers here
We commit to every number we write. That is why you won't find many on this page.
Minimum order, lead time and price change with the product, the quantity, the pack and the season. We write them into your quote as binding figures, instead of publishing numbers on a page that mean nothing once you ask about them.

Packaging and branding
Who designs the label and the pack?
You send print-ready brand files, and we print, label and pack. The design stays yours, and we want it on the pack exactly as you intended.
Does the product leave shelf-ready?
Yes. It leaves the factory filled, labelled, packed and stacked on its pallets, ready to ship and then go straight onto the shelf.
Does the Kim brand appear on the product?
No. The product carries your brand alone. We are the factory behind it, and the front belongs to you.
Export and working together
Where do you ship?
From our factory in Egypt to Saudi Arabia and the Gulf states, and to any destination your customers buy in.
Do you handle product registration and approval in my market?
No, that is not one of our services today. We make, fill, pack and ship, and we say so clearly before you ask so you can arrange that step on your side.
Can you give me client names or certificates?
We do not publish who we manufacture for. The product carries their brand, and they have the right to keep the partnership between us, and the same rule will apply to you. We send documents on request and do not display them as decoration on the website. More in What we don't claim.
How do pricing and payment terms work?
Price, payment terms and delivery terms all go into the quote once the specification, quantity and destination are clear. There is no price posted on the page, because a small run is priced nothing like a large one.
