What to prepare before you write to us

Only three things. If you don't have all of them yet, send what you have and we will work out the rest with you.

The seven steps

Each step has two sides: what you give and what you get. No step moves until both sides are complete.

  1. 01

    You send the request

    Two lines about the product you want made, the order size you expect and the market you sell in. That is all we need to open the file.

    We agree the specification

    Scent, colour, pack size and packaging style. If you have a formula, we study and adapt it. If not, we start from our high-foam formula.

  3. 03

    You receive the quote

    Once the specification and quantity are clear, you get the numbers: price, lead time and delivery terms. These are the numbers we keep off the website.

  4. 04

    The formula, then your approval

    The lab sets the formula under your name and fixes it. Your run does not go on the line until you approve it. We do not break this rule.

    The run

    The whole batch on the line: mixing, then filling with weight checks, then packing and labelling under your brand.

    Shipping

    From our factory in Egypt to the port of Jeddah, or to any destination your customers buy in. The shipment leaves stacked and ready for export.

    The next order

    Your formula stays on file under your name in the lab. The second order starts straight from the quantity, not from zero, which is why lead times get shorter over time.

From your second order on, you start at step seven.

One rule we don't break

Your run does not go on the line until you approve it.

We set the formula under your name, show it to you, and wait for your decision. A single tonne of product you did not approve is a loss for both of us. That is why approval is its own step and not a line in a contract.
